Important Update - Australian Deliveries

Due to Australia Post and Social Distancing Requirements at sorting centres and post offices etc, there are delays with all forms of shipping methods, regular AND express post. There is no longer any guarantee of next-day delivery with express post and regular post can take 2-3x longer than normal to arrive. It is obviously due to the pandemic and is out of our control. As a business, we are still doing our best to process and ship as quickly as possible so it gets into the Auspost system without initial delays.

Important Update - International Deliveries

Due to a lack of planes in the air, all export shipments have delays. Some postage methods have been closed off entirely from use, like regular airmail to many locations, as a result, we are only sending via international courier for now. This is quite a costly method, but it is all we can offer to be sure Australia Post will still process the package.
